MELMAXI®Sulfonated Melamine Formaldehyde SMF Superplasticizer works as a high-performance water-reducing and dispersing agent in cementitious systems—helping improve fluidity and workability at lower water–cement ratios in applications such as tile adhesives, self-leveling screeds, grouts, and high-flow concrete.

MELMAXI® SMF is a non–air-entraining superplasticizer designed to deliver reliable dispersion and water reduction while supporting early strength development and mix stability. With low chloride content and good compatibility with various cement types and calcium sulphate–based mixtures, it helps achieve smoother placement, improved density, and consistent performance in demanding mortar and concrete formulations.

Storage and Shelf Life

1. Store in a dry, cool place at temperatures below 25°C.

2. Packaging is designed to prevent moisture ingress, but the product’s water content may increase if storage conditions are not kept dry.

3. Shelf life: 2 years from the date of receipt under recommended storage conditions.

4. If stored beyond 2 years, it may still be usable, but key properties should be re-checked before use.
