The results showed that before the first dose of inactivated COVID-19 vaccine, the positive rate of COVID-19 antibodies in the group was 0, and 4 weeks after the second dose of vaccine, the seroconversion rate of COVID-19 antibodies was 95.81% (389/406). There was no significant difference in the positive rate of autoantibodies and the level of antibodies in the samples collected before and after vaccination. During the follow-up period of at least 8 weeks, none of the enrolled patients experienced thrombotic events and thrombocytopenia. Therefore, the new coronavirus inactivated vaccine did not affect the levels of anti-phospholipid antibodies and anti-PF4-heparin antibodies, and at the same time did not increase the risk of thrombosis.
